Prof. Eseza Erwat

Prof. Eseza Akiror Erwat is a graduate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria, with M. Sc. and PhD degrees in Educational Management in 1997 and 2004 respectively. She obtained her B. Sc. degree in 1973 from Plymouth State College of the University of New Hampshire, USA, where she studied Business Education (Comprehensive) and graduated with Second Class Upper (Honors).

Prof. Etwat has a wealth of experience in teaching in Teacher Training Institute, Polytechnics before joining Lead City University in 2005 and became a professor in 2016 in the Department of Information Management, and specializing in Office and Information Management. Prof. Erwat’s research interests are in Office and Information Management, Information and Communication Technology, Human Resource Management, Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and Issues in Higher Education Research. She has contributed 10 chapters in books and 59 scholarly articles published in local and international journals.

Prof. Erwat is a dedicated, respected academic covering courses in undergraduate and postgraudate levels in departments of Information Management and Educational Management. She has successfully supervised 16 PhD, several M.Sc and B.Sc students in their research work. Prof. Erwat has also been involved in holding administrative posts in the various institutions she has worked, including Lead City University. Her marriage is blessed with children and grandchildren.
